Bob has been providing accounting, tax, consulting, and personal financial planning services to a wide range of individual and business clients for more than 48 years. He was a founding partner of Gelfond Hochstadt Pangburn, P.C., now called GHP Horwath, P.C. In fact, his firm was one of the first accounting firms to have a stand-alone financial planning division. Bob has been recognized by Worth magazine as one of the ”Top 250 Best Financial Advisers in the U.S.”He has extensive experience in service industries including medical, dental, legal, architecture, real estate, retail and wholesale/distribution businesses, light manufacturing, and the non-profit field. Bob holds a BSBA degree in accounting from the University of Denver. A native of Colorado, he is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Colorado, and earned a Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) designation. He is active in a number of community organizations including the Colorado I Have a Dream Foundation, the American Jewish Committee, the Jewish Community Foundation and the Colorado Trust. He lives with his wife, has three grown kids, and four grandchildren so far.
